Representative Barnes brought up reconsideration of the vote on                
CSHCR16(FIN), which had been held until today (page 1632).

Proposing recommendations concerning the sale of the Four Dam                 
Pool hydroelectric facilities.                                                 
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHCR 16(FIN) pass the
